We’re on the hunt for an experienced and motivated Automotive Shop Foreman to lead a team of technicians in Charlotte, NC. If you’re a hands-on leader with a passion for quality workmanship and team development, this could be your next great move.

About the Role: As the Shop Foreman, you’ll be the go-to person on the floor—overseeing daily operations, assisting with diagnostics, and ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. You’ll play a key role in maintaining workflow and coaching techs to achieve their best.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support a team of technicians in day-to-day shop operations
• Perform advanced diagnostics and assist with complex repairs
• Ensure productivity and quality control standards are consistently met
• Coordinate job assignments and workflow with service advisors
• Train and mentor junior techs and apprentices
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician (ASE certifications and Nissan experience preferred)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a shop environment
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and manage workflow under pressure
• Clear communication skills and a team-first mentality
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
