Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to grow your career in a fast-paced, high-earning environment? We’re hiring for a Service Advisor position at a well-established dealership in Hartford, Connecticut.

This is a full-time, commission-based role with exceptional earning potential. You’ll be the vital link between our customers and service technicians—ensuring top-tier customer service, efficient vehicle care, and maximizing revenue through upsells and accurate service recommendations.

What You’ll Do:

• Greet Hartford-area customers and assist with their service needs
• Provide accurate, transparent estimates for auto services and repairs
• Upsell relevant products and services in line with customer needs
• Schedule appointments and keep customers updated on vehicle status
• Collaborate closely with technicians to ensure timely service completion
• Handle payments and maintain accurate financial records
• Recommend additional services based on inspections
• Keep the service area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems
• CDK experience is a must!
• Excellent customer service and sales skills
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and quoting services
• Background in auto estimating and service writing
• Familiarity with tire services, oil changes, and routine maintenance
• Previous dealership experience in Hartford or surrounding towns is a big plus
• Service technician experience is a bonus but not essential
