Automotive Master Diagnostic Technician Responsibilities;

• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues on import-brand vehicles
• Use OEM and aftermarket tools (e.g., Autel, Bosch, Launch) for fault finding and reporting
• Support the service team with clear, accurate diagnostic assessments
• Stay up to date with manufacturer service bulletins and best practices
• Contribute to a collaborative, quality-focused shop environment

Requirements of a Automotive Master Diagnostic Technician;

• 2+ years’ experience as an automotive diagnostic technician
• Strong background working on import vehicles is essential
• I-CAR and ASE certifications preferred or willingness to earn
• Must have (or be ready to invest in) necessary diagnostic tools
• Ability to pass all required background and pre-employment screenings
